We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 within Australia. For orders under $500, shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of the items.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty. A restocking fee may apply. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter our processing system and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.
